Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (50 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with AF9 antibody (GTX102835) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.

Figure Note : ChIP was performed with SEM-K2 chromatin extract and 1 ug of either normal rabbit IgG (red bar) or anti-AF9 antibody (GTX102835; blue bar). The precipitated DNA was detected by real-time PCR with primer set targeting to HOXA9, MEIS1 or CTNNB1. The ChIP result is shown as fold enrichment relative to a negative control region within NANOG locus.
