APPLICATION

Application Note

For diluting antibodies use 1ml Brig 35 solution added to 400 ml of appropriate buffer. For washing buffer use 5 ml Brig 35 solution added to 95 ml of appropriate buffer. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the individual lab.
