Core protein p19/p21 (HCV virus) antibody detects Core protein p19/p21 (HCV virus) protein by western blot analysis. Un-infected (-) and infected (+, HCV infection for ) Huh7 whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Core protein p19/p21 (HCV virus) antibody (GTX131265) diluted by 1:1000.
